Right now, you’d catch episodes of her sitcom “Sonny With a Chance,” along with promos for her upcoming “Camp Rock 2: The Final Jam” and music videos starring the Texas-native all in between. Following her highly publicized break-up with middle brother Joe, Lovato is heading out on tour with the Jonas Brothers and the rest of the “Camp Rock 2” crew this week. She took time to talk to CNS exclusively about her new music, new sound, and touring with her ex-boyfriend.
CNS: It’s been a year since your last album, “Here We Go Again, and I hear you’ve been working on your third album already. What can you tell me about what you’ve written or recorded so far?
Demi Lovato: The new album so far it’s a little more pop, it’s more R&B. It’s a little more soulful. It has a different sound to it so I’m really excited to see how it turns out.
CNS: So it’s a little bit of a departure from your rock sound?

Demi Lovato is not worried about touring with ex boyfriend Joe Jonas and his band the Jonas Brothers this summer.
“It will be fine,” the 17-year-old responded after Ryan played back Joe’s comments about him looking forward to the tour.
“I’ve already seen him. It’s cool!” she added.
“We ran into each other at the Do Something Awards. I was doing my own thing and ran into him and it was really cool. It felt like it was back to normal before all the romance started. So now it’s kind of like, ‘Okay, we’re just back to being buddies’.”
Joe, who dumped Demi earlier this year, previously said: “I think touring will be a lot of fun,”.
“Demi has been a friend of mine for a long time. I think that our friendship is so strong that it surpasses a lot of things.
